This policy explains how High Velocity Solutions ("HVS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the Comply website (comply.com.sg) and the Comply compliance-tracking platform, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
On this marketing site, we collect only what you submit through the "Request Early Access" form:
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your early-access request — to contact you, schedule a walkthrough, and answer your questions about Comply. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.
For facilities using the Comply platform itself, we send operational emails only — compliance-deadline reminders, staff-credential expiry notices, and document-status notifications — to a facility's own registered staff accounts. These are transactional, not marketing, communications. Recipients are added and removed by their facility administrator, and any non-critical notification includes a preferences/unsubscribe option.
Early-access enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and follow up, and are deleted or anonymised thereafter unless you become a customer, in which case data handling is governed by our customer agreement.
Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. To do so, email vincent@hvsolutions.com.sg.
Data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and handled by infrastructure in AWS's Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Access is restricted to authorised HVS personnel.
